The founders
Stéphane MONIER
He is the owner of the stud farm, which he is developing with passion and dedication so that he can enjoy his beautiful breeding operation when he retires.
André AUDINOT
Ethologist, responsible for the education and breaking-in of our young horses.
Guillaume ANSQUER
Consultant for breeding and marketing.

Claire JACQUIER
Manager working directly with Stéphane MONIER on accounting, human resources, organization and marketing.
Catherine CAVERON
Breeding manager - Catherine worked for over 20 years at the Haras de Vulsain before joining the Haras des Joanins team. Passionate and committed, she assists our mares during foaling and looks after the foals with the utmost care. Every day, she looks after the well-being of our animals.
Florian SALIN
Farrier and maintenance of green spaces - Florian is the farrier at Le Haras. Florian is the Haras' farrier. He looks after foals from birth through to their sport careers, where he works with our partner riders to provide farriery services. He works closely with veterinarians to ensure optimal trimming and shoeing. At the same time, he helps maintain the Haras' green spaces.

Séverine LAMBERT
Breeding - Séverine is involved in the day-to-day running of the Haras, caring for the horses, foaling and transporting them. Concerned about the well-being of the Haras' horses and other animals, she is particularly involved in breeding alongside Catherine. She is also the beloved guardian of the beaucerons Maddy, Oxford and little Aston, the latest addition to the family.
